Terms & Payment
How we handle payments, discounts, policies, and your confidential information.
Payments
We accept Zelle, PayPal, Google Pay, Square Cash, Venmo, credit/debit cards, checks, cash, Upwork, Crypto and bank transfers/wires. We do not accept money orders. We require an upfront deposit prior to beginning any work, the only exception being when Upwork is used (an escrow service). For smaller projects, this means a 100% deposit. For larger projects, we can break it down into smaller milestones, with a 100% deposit due for the current milestone. For work billed by the hour, the deposited funds must "stay ahead" of the fees incurred on the project.
Discounts
We always strive to charge competitive and fair rates, however it is possible to receive a small discount. If you choose to pay through a payment processing method that charges us lower fees, we'll pass the savings onto you. You will receive a 3% discount when paying with Google Pay, Square Cash, Venmo, cash, or check. For bank transfers/wires, you'll receive a 3% discount on the amount in excess of $400. Please mention this discount before payment so we can update your invoice and provide payment instructions and account information.
